Christina Belvedere has served as Regional Manager with Brighton Management since 2013 and has been with Brighton since 2010. Christina joined us with 22 years of experience in full service & select service hotels. She works with her owners to ensure her companies’ assets are protected, and her properties and team members reach their full potential. Her focus is on revenue generation, associate engagement, leadership, and the ability to deliver an exceptional guest service culture. Christina is incredibly vested in the local communities and sits on two school boards. She believes that community involvement is a pivotal element in the success of her properties, as well as her social responsibility in the industry.
During her journey in Hospitality, Christina has been recognized with high honors several years running, earning Brighton Management Excellence Awards as well as Community Engagement Awards. She rallies her properties together for special events which have led to great recognition and an identity in the community. She believes that strong integrity and work ethics are needed in order to create the most effective strategy to exceed expectations not only for personal growth but for her properties and owners.
